Unai Emery
Great interview with him in the Guardian on the eve of the Europa league Final.

Here are a couple of quotes that stood out.

“Fans want their emotions to come to the surface,” he says. “How? By their team transmitting intensity, attacking, scoring goals, competing, winning. That awakens them. You have to win. You have to generate ilusión.”

"Football is emotion. There’s an economic [imperative] but what fans really want is to enjoy their team. If you have money but don’t generate feeling, it’s worthless.”

It would be good to have him here. It also sums up why the cynical Mr. Allardyce was not a good fit.

Sean Dyche, bound to be.

Young, good record, plays good football and speaks a language similar to English.

Re: Unai Emery
I guess this could go either way (stating the bleeding obvious ).
He could decide he has taken Sevilla as far as they can go and seek a new challenge.
Or he can stay on and challenge for the Champions League.
He may not even of thought about moving at all.

The money and the challenge is at West Ham
Playing in the Champions League for a team like Sevilla is overrated. He will get over it

But the good players leave and then he has to rebuild.

Plus they have temporary toilets at their 40 year old training ground.
